- Store or ship goods
- Process payments between users
- Act as buyer or seller in transactions
2. Membership Structure
2.1 Premium Seller Subscription (Paid)
- Create supplier profiles
- List products/services
- Receive buyer inquiries
- Appear in search results
- Access promotional features
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance, offered on recurring billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or annual), and auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
Seller benefits remain active only during the paid subscription period.
2.2 Buyer Access (Free)
- Browse supplier listings
- Search products
- Submit RFQs
- Contact Premium sellers
Buyers are not charged subscription fees for basic access.
3. Subscription Terms for Sellers
- Payments recur unless canceled
- Non-payment may suspend listings
- Cancellation stops future renewals only
- No partial refunds for unused time
Sellers are responsible for managing subscription status.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Comply with applicable laws
- Avoid misleading or deceptive practices
- Maintain account security
- Respect intellectual property rights
Sellers are solely responsible for product accuracy, pricing, and fulfillment.
5. Transactions Between Users
- No guarantee of product quality or authenticity
- No guarantee of payment completion
- No mediation of contractual obligations
- No liability for disputes
All agreements occur directly between buyers and sellers. Users should perform proper due diligence before entering agreements.
6. Content & Listing Standards
- Illegal or restricted goods
- Counterfeit or infringing products
- False or misleading claims
- Offensive or harmful content
- Spam or abusive communication
We may remove listings or suspend accounts without prior notice if violations occur.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Subscription abuse
- Actions harming platform integrity
No refunds will be issued for suspensions caused by policy violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Financial losses
- Business interruption
- Missed opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- User-committed fraud
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
- Sellers retain ownership of uploaded content
- Sellers grant platform a non-exclusive license to display listings
- Unauthorized use of platform branding is prohibited
10. Service Modifications
- Change subscription pricing

- Amend policies
Continued platform use indicates acceptance of updates.
