Return & Refund Policy

TheTraders360.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a B2B marketplace connecting buyers with Premium sellers.

1. Product Returns (Buyer–Seller Transactions)

TheTraders360.com does not:

  • Manufacture products
  • Sell products
  • Handle payments between buyers and sellers
  • Store or ship goods

All product transactions occur directly between buyers and Premium sellers.

  • Returns are governed solely by each seller’s policy
  • Buyers must review seller return terms before ordering
  • Refund requests must be sent directly to the seller
The platform is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, disputes, or refunds related to goods.

2. Buyer Fees

Buyers are not charged subscription or platform fees for basic access.

No refund policy applies to buyer registrations because buyers do not pay platform fees.

3. Premium Seller Subscription Refund Policy

All sellers must subscribe to a paid Premium Membership to list products and access selling features. Services are digital and promotional.

3.1 Non-Refundable Situations
  • Subscription activated
  • Listings published
  • Promotional visibility provided
  • Billing cycle started

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time. Lack of sales or unmet expectations does not qualify for refunds.

3.2 Refund Eligibility
  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical billing error
  • Subscription charged but not activated
  • Account rejected before activation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only
  • Premium access continues until billing period ends
  • No refunds for early cancellation

5. Failed Payments

  • Premium features may be suspended
  • Listings may be hidden
  • Account may revert to inactive status

6. Account Suspension & Refunds

  • Fraud
  • Policy violations
  • Misrepresentation
  • Platform abuse
No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Immediate suspension
  • Permanent account restriction
  • Legal recovery action where permitted

8. Refund Processing

  • Processed within 7–14 business days
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

9. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
